BookScout's analysts all have longstanding experience in manuscript development, writing and scouting suitable material for publication or film adaptation. Unlike some companies, BookScout is rigorous in the demands that it makes of each analyst.

• Every analyst comes recommended from a publisher, production company or agency.

• They all work for at least three major companies. This means that they are experienced, commercially aware, and trusted by the industry.

• They have all worked individually with writers on manuscript and screenplay editing projects and so know how best to help a writer achieve his or her greatest potential.

• They each have writing experience and so understand the process of creating a manuscript and working through each draft.
