ScriptScout specialises in script development, editing and scouting services for the film and television industry. We work with agents, producers and distributors in order to develop a stronger and more dynamic script market.

 

 

Writers can submit screenplays to us for detailed and constructive feedback from our script analysts, all of whom work for the major film companies. We offer, however, much more than a simple coverage service. We are here to source excellent new writers and position them with the agents, producers and distributors who can get their films made. Our aims are:

• to encourage writers through our consultancy services to develop their screenplays to their fullest potential before submitting them to agents and producers.

 

• to work with independent producers through our consultancy services as script editors during the development process of individual productions.

 

• to act as scouts for the industry through our scouting services. We actively seek and promote strong material, and we offer agents, production companies and distributors access to our database of all scripts that receive 'consider' or 'recommend' assessments from our highly experienced readers.
